With TKEG’s local network and global expertise, a Beijing-based company that expanded to Ireland and partnered with EU-based enterprises such as Booking.com. During this project, THE KEITH & EVEN GROUP along with TKEG Expat helped our client expand to the Republic of Ireland and proposed a legal structure optimization plan for the group’s further international practice. -
