    Title Name: Consulting Intern

    Work Method: Hybrid or Remote

    Communication Language: English with Occasion Usage of Chinese Mandarin (ability of Chinese language is preferred, however, not required)

    Work-shift: Monday to Friday with no compulsory working hours

    Obligations:

    TKEG Interns are expected to work on projects across different markets, sectors, and specializations. The obligations of interns are mainly analysis-based, with occasional interactions with clients. Potential areas of involvement for the intern will include but are not limited to the followings:

    1. Conduct market researches in different countries

    2. Conduct analysis of client companies' performance, such as financial statements, sales data, corporate structure, etc.

    3. Conduct analysis of previous TKEG Cases for demonstration purposes

    4. Conduct data-based analysis on various topics, such as internet trends, import & export trends, etc.

    5. Conduct political analysis to explain the current international trade environment

    6. Conduct law & policy analysis as a part of TKEG's comprehensive solution to client companies

    7. Conduct data-based analysis for financial forecast purposes

    8. Meeting with clients

    9. Provide consultancy to clients both individually and with supervisors

    10. Other activities

    Working Environment:

    TKEG Interns are expected to work in a hybrid working environment (if allowed) or fully remote. Interns are expected to have supervisors, colleagues, and fellow interns across time zones, cultures, and nationalities. TKEG Interns are not expected to comply with a fixed work shift to deliver completions on time.

  • Upload your resume and email information through TKEG Internship Application Portal or other recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn or Indeed. We will review your resume manually, and usually, you will receive a notice of our decision on your further application process within one business day.

  • If you have passed our resume check, you will be invited to answer a few questions on your desired term and duration of your internship, which office you would like to work at, how you will fit into our company. Your answers will be sent to THE RED QUEEN for review right after submitting, and usually, you will receive our decision on whether we will proceed with your application further within seconds.

These questions are designed to understand your ability of industrial thinking and fast learning instead of industrial knowledge. You will receive our decision on whether we will proceed with your application further within seconds after submitting your assessment.

Thus, this Internship Program is designed to get you prepared for working at THE KEITH & EVEN GROUP or other affiliated TKEG companies. Of course, if you are just interested in discovering TKEG or simply to get a taste of the global management consulting industry, you are welcomed as well. This internship position will be a perfect opportunity to learn.

We do not have a fixed working schedule or a fixed working hour. Instead, we allow the interns to choose their workload and encourage them to accomplish it as efficiently as possible. In order to do that. we utilize workflow platform to collaborate. We require interns to submit their workload status every once in a while to the platform in order to manage their current working status more efficiently.
